Lady Nellie was a revered 90‑year‑old Choctaw medicine woman who, in February 1967, unearthed the very first Andara crystal on her 1,200‑acre property in Northern California. Guided by her deep knowledge of the land—and later encouraged by psychic healer Ally Kieth—she and her grandchildren eventually harvested some 900 pounds of these glass‑like, obsidian‑resembling gems.
